Default Parameter Prefix not always used

I recently noticed that some parameters use the defaultParameterPrefix I set during config, while others do not.
These are the cases I found that ignore the prefix:

• Duration Signals: Any parameters sent with a duration signal, ignore the default prefix.
• Signal Enrichers: When using signal enrichers to send additional parameters, these parameters also ignore the default prefix.

I just saw that the errorOccurred() function also allows for parameters. I haven't checked if it applies the prefix, but it might also ignore it.
