Groups and comments

Hi! Is it possible to send chat message/comment to group like https://steamcommunity.com/groups/Steam?
I have tried this code:

but I have no idea how to get chatID.
Is there also any group like this joining methode?

The new chat system is something that we (still) haven't looked at in detail - see #561.

I am sorry if this question sounds stupid but is anybody going to look into the new chat system? Maybe I could see some examples of using new chat system somewhere?
