Confused by wording in the readme, no more compiled exe(s) stored in a rar or zip?

Under Important Foreword, it's stated that "We learned enough about freezing python to binaries so from here on out it will be source code only." Just last week, I had downloaded a pre-compiled build, so it would surprise me to find out that that changed in that span of time. I'd prefer to be worried over nothing since I have a bit of a dyslexia issue and it's impossible to voice to text coding into python, and ergo compile the program that way, for me.
