Auto Build - Action Tab - How to use

Is there a document somewhere on how to use the auto builder? I've been scouring the docs/wiki and I haven't found anything.
I'm looking to build RC2.23 with the RGB function enabled.

To run your own builds you need to fork the repository to your own account, make any changes to the settings that are defined in the build command, and then it should run builds in your accounts fork
