Admin Can access report status of users

DB Table Name:- report_status

It will contain the data of the report of users.

Commands:-

Admin Access Command -

!report_status @member - get all report status - Output in csv format
!report_last @member - get the last report - Discord Embed format- admin access

User Access Command -

!my_report_status - get self report status - user access command
Output - Report will be in CSV format.
