Document permissions

Hi everyone, I need help with a permissions issue. We store the database locally on disk, and we use Docker to serve data to the app. However, I'm having trouble with document access: when one user adds a document and references it in an issue, other users can't open or view it—they only see "Loading content..."

I created a role profile, assigned it to all users, and enabled it—but the issue still persists.
