  I see there are issues that would require an "Application/Thread Contex", this milestone tracks those. This would mean removing static executors from the StackUtils class to an ApplicationContex classt. This would then be passed from Client and Server classes to the Application class (probably via constructor). At the same time we should check if there is any other static references that could be moved to the context. These issues need some breaking changes (e.g. if we change constructor signatures and remove executors from the StackUtils).
