Feature: Add Catalogs to CasaOS Store

I was on casaos store when i have an idea, a few weeks, i tried trueNAS SCALE, i didn't like the experience, it consumes too much memory, but I was interested because you could use docker and I realized one thing, trueNAS uses catalogs of applications to install them, but what it does is simply bring the docker compose of that application and then show the user the default configuration.

Then I discovered TrueCharts (https://truecharts.org/), it is a git project that is a catalog of applications, which has a lot of them.

You could try to import application catalogs to populate CasaOS store, so the developer doesn't have to popularize or add applications to the CasaOS store.
