Icon size and icon groups

Would it be possible to make icon size smaller. because icon is small but square is big and it involves a lot of scrolling although it could be all in one screen.

Possible also to make icons groups. Sometimes clicking is faster than scrolling. One can group apps like recreation, work, administration, smart home ...
