Dedicate a vignette for the input data (ARD).
At a minimum, this will include (and hopefully provide a bit more details/examples) to the information that is currently contained in the README.

More comprehensively, include examples for how to prepare the input ARD using:

1. tidyverse
2. cards (including any extra manipulations required to fully go from cards->table)
