Common problems

Some games are missing

• restart Galaxy or click "refresh integrations" button in cogwheel menu
• wait a minute or two
• check if plugin reports those games to Galaxy
  • open the newest log file (check how)
  • search for game name; it should be in owned_games list
• if plugin properly send the game, most probably it is spammed in galaxyDb, so Galaxy ignores it
  • report an issue within Galaxy by clicking cogwheel menu -> Report issue
  • write the game title and id (seen in plugin logs)
  • fix is usually shipped up to few weeks
• if you cannot find game title or owned_games text at all, please create an issue in this repository
