ELS has two different "faces".
One is the long-standing command line back-up tool. The other is the new Navigator of Version 4.0 - still in development.
The command-line tool has been in use between a publisher and two back-up subscribers nightly on a schedule for over 4 years and is quite stable.
The Navigator puts a face on the command-line tool, provides editors for the various files involved and adds a lot of other features.
