Add support for Hotone Pulze Control

Thanks for the great work!
Is it possible to add support for the Hotone Pulze Control Wireless MIDI controller?
Its a nice and small alternative to the M-VAVE Chocolate.

I think the Pulze could work already. It looks like a standard Midi bluetooth device.

You should be able to enter the name the Pulze uses for Bluetooth into the custom device name in web config.

Tested it now and works perfectly! I wasn´t aware of I had to enter the Bluetooth name.
