Latency parameter change using expression pedal

I Just got started using a Piratemidi pico with my tonex one pedal. Changing presets works great. I 've assigned mix % of delay to an expression pedal on my midi controller (Behringer fcb1010). It works change this parameter with exp. pedal but there seem to be a latency of approximately. 1 to 2 seconds before change is executed. IS there a way too improve? Not sure where the bottleneck is. One clue maybe is that it takes approximately. as long for parameter to cage as it takes to update screen in editor in browser (tonex.local page)

The web page update is delayed from the actual change, as it is triggered from confirmation of the change from the pedal, and then a timer on the web page that periodically checks if anything has changed.

The midi CC change should be very fast though. Are you sending just the CC value by itself, or is it combined with another midi message?
Are you able to capture or log the actual data the FCB1010 is sending?
Or, do you have a USB Midi adaptor cable that would allow testing using an app like "Pocket Midi"?

Hi I send a value to set delay mix parameter and the 0-127 for the range of the expression pedal (sorry I mess up what is called cc,pc, note value and message ) I will see what I can measure with some kind of log in computer regarding latency. Thanks
