I am not experiencing this issue on Windows 10 with Boostnote 0.15.0.

I am not experiencing this issue on Windows 10 with Boostnote 0.15.0.

The triggering process of this bug:

1 Add some folders to show scroll bars

2 Collapse menu

3 Scroll down the menu

4 Hover the mouse over the menu.This tooltip is misplaced.
