Follow Me button in Classic themes?

I noticed there's a “follow me” button in ActivityPub plugin reading v5.7.0 release notes. Awesome! But I don't use blocks/Gutenberg… Is there a way to display this button without blocks, like a shortcode or WP function?

I just needed this code for my footer. Here's what you can put:

You may also prefer the single button :-)
