DNS settings/DNS leak 7.14.6 (singbox)

Hi. I appreciate GUI change for DNS settings in latest V2Rayn version.
However I seems to struggle to use it correctly:
0) I uncheck "custom dns" in both v2rayn and sing-box sections;

1. I turn off DoH in browsers;
2. I setup my "domestic" DNS to localhost (which is cloudflare default 1.1.1.1 resolver on my router);
3. I setup my "remote" DNS to https://dns.google/dns-query
4. I don't really understand what Outbound DNS Resolution (sing-box) does I put https://dns.google/dns-query here;
5. I don't really understand what sing-box DoH resolver does I put https://dns.google/dns-query here.

Expected outcome: my country "domestic" sites should use cloudflare, sites/apps that specified to use proxy should use google DoH, however in reality while testing DNS leaks using https://browserleaks.com/dns in fully proxified app (I use msedge) I see that it still uses cloudflare instead of google and it also uses mix of my country ips and VPS server country ips

I simply want to achieve for all "direct" and local country sites to use cloudflare dns and all "proxy" sites to use google doh
