"Fast Swap": Field value for Transaction ID persists from previous session

Expected behavior:
Session values reset as empty when re-initiating Fast Swap form

Actual behavior:
Conducted my first NEVM > UTXO Fast Swap successfully. To begin again for UTXO > NEVM, I refreshed the page which brought me back to the main menu, then I clicked "Fast Swap" again. At this point I saw the previous session's Transaction ID persist in the form. In fact, it persisted even after clicking button "Swap SYS(UTXO) to SYS(NEVM)" which produced a successful Tx on the Bitcoin-based chain. The "Check or Initiate Swap" button remained disabled after, likely due to old TxId persisting. I had to refresh the dapp again, and paste the new UTXO TxId into the field in order to "Check or Initiate Swap" (which did complete successfully, btw).
