Only English locale in 6.0.6?

Hi! Just checked out 6.0.6 image and found only onle English locale there. Is it a mistake of some sort?

Sorry guess my inbox is a bit overloaded...

I've never used the languages feature, but testing 5.1.10, 6.0.6, 6.0.7, and 6.1.0. Changing the default language didn't seem to do anything... But maybe I'm doing it wrong?
