Unable to set In-Sync Replicas More than 1 in bare metal - 3 Node clusters for Redpanda

In 3 node cluster set up to check the producer performance test, i am not able to set In-Sync Replicas >1 ...
pls help me with suitable command..

@kmgowda anything else we need to do here?

2 things to note:

1. redpanda uses raft (quorum writes) (so needs 1, 3, 5, 7, ... etc replication factor)
2. ISR does not make sense because ISR is it's own replication protocol. so you always get quorum writes (raft) and safety by default.
3. if you are looking to increase the replication count, just change the number after -r 1 -> -r 3

Change -r 1 for -r3

@kmgowda - great! the deployment automation works on bare metal too. there is an ansible script that automates all of it.

so is 1 command to have a production setup, of course, feel free to do it manually too. let me know how to help.

@senior7515 thank you.. but we will go with manual steps only.. we are trying to see how redpanda behaves in commodity hardware with minimal ubuntu.
