add support for connecting to Astra DB

Connecting to Astra DB requires use of a Cloud Secure Connect Bundle (a file that contains all the metadata required to establish a secure connection).

Expected Behavior or Use Case

A new configuration parameter indicating path or URI to the Cloud Secure Connect Bundle file.
Contact Point should not be required (especially if the new astra parameter is supplied)

Possible Implementation

This is already supported by the java-driver currently in use.

Context

It would be nice to be able to join across data stored in Astra.
