Could not get colors, presumably from heic wallpaper file?

Describe the bug
It's as title says, "Could not get colors" pointing the path of the current wallpaper (I use the slideshow wallpapers feature in KDE.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch wallpapers to the heic wallpaper
2. error triggers

Also, colors don't change and stay the same from the previous wallpaper.

Expected behavior
Colors change, there's no notification about errors

TL;DR python-pillow supports this but needs additional build dependency which should also be a official package if is not yet
