Bug: 当启用Onebot适配器时所有命令无法正常工作

Describe the bug

我在下载onebot启动器之前执行了status命令在沙盒中，结果正常，但是在安装完onebot适配器并连接后，使用沙盒执行任何命令均无效。

Steps to reproduce

直接在插件市场中安装onebot适配器并连接到onebot服务即可

Expected behavior

修复这个bug捏
