Loss of user token with each update

I use the portable version of MusicBee and, especially recently, I often update the player with the patches that are released, overwriting only the files contained in the updates.
I have noticed that with each update, the listenbrainz user token is deleted.
Can this problem be solved?

I am writing just to confirm that it is happening exactly as described in my first post.
This morning, I downloaded the new patch for MusicBee 3.7 released today. I downloaded the file from here:
https://getmusicbee.com/patches/
The zip file only contains the main executable file MusicBee.exe and two DLLs (tak_deco_lib.dll and mb_TheaterModePlugin.dll), so these are the only files that were overwritten in my installation (remember that I use the portable version).
When I first launched the MusicBee after the update, the listenbrainz user token was empty (whereas before it was correctly populated).
It is as if the token storage is somehow linked to the programme version, which does not seem like an appropriate choice to me.
I hope the issue can be resolved.
