Feature request: add support for binstall

I would like to use this by installing the crate binary instead of compiling it.
trying to install using cargo binstall c2rust shows a warning that it is going to use crate install.

We can try to include binaries in our next GitHub release, but if enough people cargo binstall c2rust, cargo-quickinstall should also cache it.

Hi @RandallFlagg, I wanted to clarify a bit more in case I wasn't clear enough before. While we have no objections against supporting this (it would be nice to have, of course), we also don't have the resources to make this a priority at all. If it's very simple, we may be able to do it in the next release, but I'm not sure exactly how easy that is, so we can't make any promises. Help doing so is of course welcome. In the meantime, if it's an issue, hopefully cargo-quickinstall's caching could be sufficient.
