[Feature Request] Add -t (thorough) option to -l to include build-only dependencies

I suggest reusing (overloading) the -t switch to apply to -l as follows: include build-only dependencies when determining whether a port is root, trunk, branch, or leaf. Currently ports that are only installed to build other ports show as root ports; I would like to show them as trunk.
