tests are installed, use 200 MiB of disk

Hi,

I'm not using any special flag, yet the tests are installed under the $PREFIX location and weigh a massive 200 MiB.  I'd opine that this isn't a good default to have (in my experience tests are seldom installed, and when it's possible to do so it's usually through a disabled-by-default configure flag).
