Send a notification if a restore running in the background finishes

If [raspiBackupAndClone](https://github.com/framps/raspiBackup/blob/master/helper/raspiBackupAndClone.sh) is used there is no notification about the restore process and result.

Because a restore is usually executed in the foreground no notification is sent as of now.
