LCD Live Panel Using Local System Time rather than London Time #321

Greetings from a US fan. I noticed when trying the live announcements, and the accompanying DakTronics vs. LCD Blackbox panels, the LCD Blackbox seems to be pulling from my local system, unlike the other display boards.
