Assuming you have the same Phil Sayer sound files as everybody else, when the reason "The emergency services dealing with an incident" is shown against a train from Darwin/National Rail (whatever your source is), the Auto announcer site will use reason "the advice of the emergency services".
For the the incident in question currently (a fatality), the trains are never cancelled "at the advice of the emergency services", that shout comes from Network Rail control and invariable signallers will have stopped the job anyway.
A better reason to be used would be sound files 10208 ("emergency services attending an incident") stitched with 10209 ("adjacent to the railway line") or 7160 and 7161 (same wording)
