Support for osx-arm64

It seems like neither noarch or osx-arm64 builds available through Conda Forge. Is there a possibility for this to be included in the recipe?

From https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/spectrum, it looks like osx-arm64 is available on conda-forge. The noarch is not probably because the library requires some compilation (not pure python).
