New credentials button doesn't exist

did a docker compose up -d
then clearml-init
then I navigate to http://localhost:8080//settings/workspace-configuration

there isn't any way to do anything on this page

@sirus20x6 following up on your comment in #280 (BTW, please carry the discussion here, and not in the long closed issue):

my redis container can't write to disk. is it supposed to be the same uid/gid as the elastic search container?

Notice that by default, all containers are run with the same UID/GID on the host machine (which should match access to /opt/clearml). Unless you're using custom containers, the IDs inside the containers are OK.
