Recover mongodb data

Hi,
I accidentally deleted the mongodb data folder, but everything else is fine. From my understanding, mongodb stores task info and user credentials, so is it possible to restore mongodb data from my stored files and elasticsearch data? I understand that not all data can be restored, but just partially restore will be nice, please help.

@yuyenchu Unfortunately, there's no redundancy: ClearML uses ES and Mongo for different information, so ES cannot be used to recover mongodb data that was lost.

@ainoam I get that ES might not be helpful, but how about my stored files from fileserver, is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

@yuyenchu Unless you also deleted your file-server folders - the files should all be there. In losing the mongodb you only lost references.
