Handle error in get dialer appropriately

There is an [unhandled error](https://github.com/brave-intl/challenge-bypass-server/blob/8336150875816d8b01ad7cdb2ebab669152174ce/kafka/main.go#L379) in the `getDialer` function which can result in a panic. 

We should handle this appropriately.
