playerexit property not working

Description

When applying the property "playerexit" and set it to false you can still exit the train

Expected behaviour

Not being able to exit

Actual behaviour

Being able to exit

Steps to reproduce

• Set playerexit to false
• Try to exit train

Additional Information

Appears to be an issue related to BKCommonLib.

• The release of traincarts for 1.21.1 (v1.21.1-v1 build 1606) in combination with the BKCommonLib version above has the bug.
• The release of traincarts for 1.21.1 in combination with the release of BKCommonLib (v1.21.1-v1 build 1795) does not have the bug.

This is due to this line in TC:
packet.write(PacketType.IN_STEER_VEHICLE.unmount, false);

Ill need to rewrite it to instead create a new packet and cancel the original one. This is because since 1.21.2 the input packet is immutable and bkcl no longer has any of the fields writeable.
