v3 api recorded in https://nacos.io/swagger/admin does not work
eg:
recorded : /v3/admin/cs/config/list
indeed: /v3/console/cs/config/list

Expected behavior
ensure v3 api recorded in https://nacos.io/swagger/admin are correct

Actually behavior
v3 api recorded in https://nacos.io/swagger/admin does not work

admin api should add contextPath before APIs.

default contextPath is /nacos, full url id /nacos/v3/admin/cs/config/list

swagger doc generate by spring doc, the doc generated without contextPath, because no one know what's your contextPath setting in you env.

Yes, after adding context path, it works. why there are two kinds of API with same functionality which makes a little confusion for user ？

the console api is bind with console-ui. Community hope the ui path is pure which means there is no contextpath by default. So the Console API default without contextpath but can be customed.

The admin api is server export, not used in ui which should be follow the nacos API Habits from old version, which use /nacos as the default contextpath.
