`np.matrix` is incompatible with `scikit-learn`

Hi BiFuncLib team, I noticed that np.matrix is incompatible with scikit-learn, and I kept getting errors when using the fem_bifunc function—could you please replace the np.matrix usage?

np.matrix is indeed a deprecated type that we had used in earlier versions of GENetLib. We will now go back to GENetLib, fix this issue, and proceed with comprehensive testing. Thank you for your suggestion!

We find np.asmatrix in BsplineFunc.py. We have revised it.
