Transcript Source Formats

As an administrator

I want the system to handle different source formats for the transcripts (txt, hocr, alto?)

So that I can benefit from metadata when possible, while still being able to show simple transcripts

Suggest as MVP that UV handles rendering of type text/plain per canvas, and annotations where the whole text is a single annotation body and the annotation targets the whole canvas without a xywh:
