Biolith's config is placed in `defaultconfigs/biolith` in Forge and Neoforge from 1.21 through 1.21.8

The biolith config doesn't seem to be generating at all on Neoforge 1.21
From what I could tell from: https://github.com/TerraformersMC/Biolith/wiki/Global-Configuration it should generate as a folder in ./config/biolith but I can't see anything or any config files associated with the name.

I also checked the saves folder just incase anything had changed since I know some mods use the /serverconfig folder there.

It's getting placed in defaultconfigs. At some point when Neo started screwing around with the config system, I had to change where the platforms get their default config location and it seems I misinterpreted the purpose of the FMLConfig.defaultConfigPath() method. I'm reverting that to use FMLPaths.CONFIGDIR.get() in 1.21.9 but I'm not sure it's wise to rock the boat for previous versions.

Looks like this misfeature first appeared in 1.21.0 with this commit: 1b513bc

I've added a note to the configuration wiki page. I'll leave this issue open for now so people can find it easier.
