Add Tags #204

As simple as that.
I have already raised issue about difficulty to have groups but no system since a lot of stremers stream variety of games (like RTS players with Starcraft, Warcraft, AoE, Warhammer) or Dota2/CS2 streamers, etc.
I follow so many nice channels that try to systemize my experince making groups by game (usually following particular channel because of main game of streamer), but streamers ofter switch game from their main from time to time (or several games in a day) and I have like general "Quake streamers" launching CS2 and "CS2 streamers" enjoying Marvel Rivals.
It would be also nice to have ability to add tags quickly to followed channel through 3-dots menu like in issue 194.

There are a lot of thing to consider. We could have option to display tags in alphabetical or custom order (and ahve ability to choose default option with custom change for some channels), sort by tags, show only with specific tags (channels with any of several desired tags or only with all at the same time!), etc.
