Consider changing the default of rrdp_delta_interval_min_seconds to 60 seconds #1336
Description
Currently the default is 0. This results in more deltas than necessary (often one "update" results in several deltas). We should consider changing the value to e.g. 60 seconds to reduce the number of deltas.
