Reported Issue:
I tried to remove RG12_1889 from the CSV database. I have a corrected spreadsheet to replace it with (it was created from a successful download). I got the message:
Missing Page.

I believe the issue is that having removed the existing CSV file the code tries to return to the page for that file. So code needs correcting.
