'What's new?' sticky button for Beta release

To create a sticky button on the right side that links to the 'Introducing the New FreeBMD' section of the About page.

Button is floating and looks good: to do:

• Make colour faded pink of logo
• Fix link (about-changing should be about_new)
• Change url to about_new also, and all associated links to that page.
• Try the black vertical rule on right
• Make lower space 100px instead of 50px
