no retry over TCP error message from dnscheck.tools

Hi,

when using https://dnscheck.tools I do get an error (red TCP at the bottom) that the DNS resolver do not retry over TCP.

This error hasn't been there before. 

Anyone else also experience those issues (and when testing via dnscheck.tools don't forget that those Google/Cloudflare leaks - are no real leaks).
